The role requires ensuring that all functions of the Flight Support Department comply with KlasJet operational policies safety management systems applicable regulations and quality standards. Your main tasks will involve overseeing EFB system administration and compliance managing documentation and record-keeping while providing technical support for operations. You will be expected to maintain a robust organizational structure and ensure high standards of safety data integrity and compliance in all department areas. Engaging with audits and facilitating coordination across departments will be crucial to support operational objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in aviation operations a solid understanding of SMS and EASA regulations plus strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English both verbal and written is essential and advanced data management skills are preferred.
