At KlasJet we are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Travel Officer to manage travel arrangements for our aviation operations You will be responsible for coordinating flights accommodation ground transportation and other related services in accordance with our operational needs and company policies Your role includes maintaining the internal travel management system ensuring travel-related information is reliable and accurate Furthermore you will address travel-related issues in a timely manner liaising with various internal and external service providers to meet specific travel requirements You will also monitor travel-related KPIs prepare reports for management and suggest improvements to optimize travel planning and coordination Additionally you will train new team members share your expertise in travel management and contribute to enhancing our operational efficiency We expect at least two years of experience in travel management within the airline industry along with strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities in English are essential as is proficiency with reservation software and attention to detail If you have a proactive attitude and enjoy collaborating with various departments we would love to hear from you.
