Job Description

As a Contract Negotiator at Nasdaq Capital Access Platforms you will lead and manage contract negotiations while ensuring favorable terms for our corporate clients. You will utilize Conga CLM a Contract Lifecycle Management system integrated with Salesforce to facilitate negotiations. You are expected to analyze and interpret client edits to standard contracts effectively managing client concerns while communicating clearly both internally and externally. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and expertise in CAP commercial contracting templates. You will coordinate necessary escalations and approvals related to any contractual risks and compliance issues while maintaining a thorough understanding of CAP products. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced global environment fostering respect and confidence among colleagues.
