As a UX Designer in our Nasdaq Trade Surveillance team in Vilnius you'll lead UX and design initiatives within a dynamic scrum team reimagining and enhancing the user interface of a top-tier trade surveillance platform. Your role involves creating engaging user-centric experiences that merge user needs with business objectives while leading product design activities from initial planning and wireframing to delivering functional designs. Collaboration will be key as you partner closely with the Product Delivery Lead and technical teams to ensure designs meet user insights. You will also organize client feedback sessions and contribute to the development of Nasdaq's evolving design system shaping the UX vision for the platform.
