Job Description

Lead the Threat Intelligence Research team and represent its work in strategic initiatives; Build and mentor a high-performing team ensuring a positive and productive environment; Define team strategy and align goals with organizational objectives; Plan and evaluate quarterly and sprint outcomes with leadership peers; Provide know-how on threat vectors and protection strategies for NordVPN users; Collaborate with Marketing to provide insights on cybersecurity news and trends; Suggest tools and processes to enhance the efficiency of malware researchers and data scientists; Contribute to shaping the Threat Protection product.

Job Requirements

Proven experience leading and building teams in the cybersecurity field; Deep understanding of Threat Intelligence processes and sources; Passion for cybersecurity and awareness of industry trends and threats; Ability to articulate opinions on emerging threats and industry news; Bonus: Experience applying machine learning in threat protection.
