Job Description

Our Vilnius office seeks a talented and experienced Lead 2D/3D Artist with a strong interest in casual mobile games. The ideal candidate will establish and maintain a clear artistic vision for the game’s visual elements in both 2D and 3D and will collaborate closely with project teams to deliver high-quality art. Responsibilities include leading the art team managing production tasks ensuring quality control through reviews and updates of pipelines as well as mentoring team members. A successful candidate will have over two years of leadership experience in the game industry possess a solid understanding of 2D and 3D art production and show proficiency in tools like Blender and Substance Designer/Painter. Familiarity with Unity engine basic animation skills and an understanding of mobile game graphics development are important. Strong communication and team management skills are essential along with a high-quality portfolio demonstrating artistic excellence. The salary starts at 4000 EUR/month gross. Note that applications without work samples will not be considered.
