Our Vilnius office seeks a talented and experienced Lead 2D/3D Artist with a strong interest in casual mobile games. This role entails establishing and maintaining the artistic vision for the game's visual elements both 2D and 3D while actively creating art styles characters and environments. Additionally the Lead Artist will oversee the art team for projects encompassing task assignment and mentoring team members while managing production and delivery of art content. Quality control is paramount involving reviewing content updating pipelines and creating guides. The ideal candidate should have over two years of leadership experience in the game industry a solid understanding of 2D and 3D art production and basic knowledge of animation and the Unity engine. Strong communication and team management skills coupled with proficiency in Blender and Substance software are essential. A high-quality portfolio and upper-intermediate English proficiency are required. Familiarity with tools like Marvelous Designer is a plus. Applications without work samples will not be considered.
