Job Description

The role involves contributing to the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing-hiring-interviewing-and-onboarding candidates while actively engaging with potential candidates through social media and professional networks such as LinkedIn. You will be responsible for building and maintaining candidate relationships ensuring they remain informed and engaged and you will represent Nordcurrent at career fairs and similar events. The ideal candidate will possess over 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with hands-on knowledge of the full-cycle recruitment process particularly in the IT or gaming industry. Strong organizational skills combined with excellent interpersonal abilities and a positive attitude are essential as is proficiency in spoken and written English. Additionally being part of an international team and knowledge of Polish-Ukrainian or Russian languages would be advantageous. A keen interest in the gaming industry is also a plus. The salary starts from 3000 EUR/month gross contingent on experience and competence.
