We are seeking an experienced HR professional to become a part of our expanding international team This proactive and people-oriented role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment managing a variety of HR responsibilities The successful candidate will support the entire employee lifecycle which encompasses recruitment onboarding development engagement and offboarding Additionally the role involves coordinating recruitment processes contributing to talent acquisition initiatives and assisting colleagues with their professional growth Moreover maintaining accurate employee data in HR systems acting as a trusted HR contact and representing our company at career fairs are essential tasks Excellent communication skills are paramount alongside proficiency in both Lithuanian and English A minimum of five years in HR or related fields is required with hands-on recruitment experience being crucial Knowledge of Lithuanian labor law is essential and familiarity with international labor practices is a plus The ideal candidate may also possess language skills in Polish Ukrainian or Russian and have experience in the IT or gaming sectors A genuine passion for games and the gaming industry will be considered an advantage Salary starts at 3400 EUR/month gross depending on experience.
