Job Description

Compliance is a key team ensuring Revolut’s products and processes meet regulatory requirements, translating to the best customer outcomes. We seek a Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer to ensure our Financial Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Control Frameworks operate effectively against money laundering. This role involves designing and leading oversight and compliance measures, requiring a sharp mind capable of identifying money laundering risks and maintaining our controls. This is a very hands-on role requiring engagement across all regulatory aspects. The ideal candidate should be excited to shape the future of compliance within a dynamic and rapidly growing firm.

Job Requirements

Fluency in English and Lithuanian is essential, along with a bachelor’s degree and ideally a relevant Master’s Degree or professional qualification. Candidates should have over three years of experience in an MLRO or deputy MLRO role, paired with strong team management skills suitable for a global payment processing environment. Knowledge of best practices in financial services regulation and financial crime detection methodologies is crucial. Excellent communication and motivation skills, along with problem-solving abilities to manage and resolve complex financial compliance issues are required. Deep knowledge of EU regulatory environments is a must.
