From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term. We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to handle incoming litigations, customer complaints for external dispute resolution platforms, and related contentious matters. Running internal fact-finding investigations Handling external dispute resolution complaints in accordance with local laws and regulations Representing Revolut before external dispute resolution forums Working on early-stage or less complex litigation Setting up internal procedures Taking real ownership of problems, policies, and procedures Cooperating closely with other departments during case investigations
Job Requirements
A master’s degree in law or equivalent in Lithuania 4+ years of in-house experience or as a private-practice lawyer dealing with financial services Fluency in English and Lithuanian An analytical mindset To be resourceful to investigate and solve complex cases Knowledge of when and how to best utilise means of redress (refunds and negotiations) Great attention to detail and the ability to make sound judgement under tight deadlines A proven ability to excel both independently and as a collaborative team member Fluency in other languages To be actively registered in the local bar association Experience in all stages of litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and regulatory matters Familiarity with wealth and trading
