Building and optimising global market expansion processes to launch card products in new regions Planning, leading, and executing projects to enhance core payments infrastructure in collaboration with engineers Leading product excellence initiatives to improve the end-to-end card lifecycle customer experience Managing critical relationships with key vendors across the entire card lifecycle Identifying, planning, and executing improvements to optimise unit economics
Job Requirements
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment A 2:1 degree or higher, preferably in a STEM subject Proficiency in SQL and Python Familiarity working with AI
