Job Description

As an Application Maintenance Engineer in Digital Workplace at SEB in Vilnius you will join a dedicated team responsible for the maintenance of physical security applications across various branches in Sweden. Your role entails acting as the third line support for these applications troubleshooting incidents investigating problems and overseeing application migrations and network configurations. You will create and distribute support documentation and play a key role in improving our operational processes while engaging with internal users and external vendors. Successful candidates should have prior IT support experience knowledge of Workplace IT concepts and excellent communication skills. A basic understanding of Windows servers familiarity with ITIL principles and a results-oriented mindset is also expected.
