Job Description

The customer service specialist position at Telia offers a dynamic and engaging role focused on communicating with clients effectively across digital channels. Employees tackle over a million calls annually while sending more than 9 million messages, aiming to provide optimal solutions and exceptional service experiences. Regardless of age or prior experience, new skills are cultivated through Telia's training, mentorship, and shadowing programs, instilling the importance of adaptability and positive engagement. The position requires a secondary education, proficiency in written and spoken Lithuanian, and familiarity with computers. Experience in sales and customer service, along with knowledge of foreign languages like English and Russian, is advantageous. The base salary ranges from €1,155 to €1,310, plus performance-based bonuses averaging €600, with a potential for additional rewards like a €520 newcomer bonus.
