Job Description

As an Employee Security Lead at Telia Company you will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization by developing and implementing security policies and procedures aligned with NIST/ISO27002 and NIS2 frameworks. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the vetting process and ensuring compliance with government security requirements and GDPR regulations. You will foster relationships with internal stakeholders and champion a proactive security culture within the People Operations team. With your extensive experience in personnel security legal frameworks and process development skills you will navigate and enhance the employee security landscape. This position requires strong self-leadership effective communication and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
