Job Description

As an IT Technical Specialist you will deliver world-class support for IT services to about 15,000 internal users in the Nordics and Baltics. Acting as the first point of contact for IT-related queries you will assist users with applications and resolve everyday questions through phone and web forms. Strong communication and coordination skills in English are essential as you'll be supporting users in an international context. You don't need to be an IT expert but should possess a genuine passion for IT and excellent customer service skills. This entry-level position is ideal for those starting their careers or recent graduates. Proactive adaptability and basic computer knowledge are important while previous customer support experience is a plus.
