Job Description

As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Telia Company you will analyze business processes identify improvement opportunities and implement Salesforce solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experiences. You will gather requirements work closely with stakeholders design solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Your role includes creating documentation conducting user training and providing ongoing support within a dynamic team that values open communication and teamwork. We seek a passionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment enjoys solving complex IT issues and driving innovation with familiarity in SAFe or Agile methodologies. Experience in analyzing designing and documenting business processes is essential as is the ability to conduct stakeholder interviews. Salesforce certification or relevant CRM experience is a plus. This position offers a monthly salary range of €3,043 - €4,565 before tax deduction.
