We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to enhance operational excellence at Teltonika EMS. Your role will encompass improving organizational effectiveness through cross-functional alignment and the optimization of operational processes. You will focus initially on strengthening HR administrative and compliance functions across multiple locations. This position requires a leader who can navigate complexity build sustainable processes and execute strategic decisions. You will analyze existing operations identify improvement areas establish operational standards and drive corrective actions while ensuring clarity in governance processes across the organization. Additionally you will support the development of centralized service models oversee business support functions and collaborate with leaders to address operational challenges. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of relevant leadership experience in operations and a strong understanding of organizational governance and change initiatives. This role demands analytical problem-solving skills the ability to prioritize effectively and professional proficiency in both Lithuanian and English.
