As Chief People & Organization Officer at Teltonika EMS your primary responsibility will be to shape the organization's people strategy and leadership culture while enhancing organizational development. You will serve as a strategic and operational partner to leadership teams analyzing organizational needs and driving necessary improvements. Your role will involve developing and implementing initiatives that align with growth strategies strengthening HR Business Partner models and enhancing talent acquisition processes. With a focus on HR analytics you will enable data-driven decisions analyzing workforce trends and continuously improving compensation frameworks. You will lead organizational change initiatives and develop talent management strategies ensuring alignment and scalability across various locations. To succeed you should have at least 7 years of experience in human resources within senior leadership roles and a strong ability to use HR data for strategic decisions alongside excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
