We are seeking an Order Execution Analyst to join our Orders and Inventory Management department in Vilnius. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth fulfillment of customer orders through detailed analysis of production planning and compliance data while coordinating efforts among Production Supply Logistics and Sales teams. The analyst will monitor sales order deadlines contribute to production planning communicate with the Sales Department about order compliance and submit orders to the Supply Department. Additionally they will analyze demand maintain inventory levels process returns and provide recommendations for process improvements. A higher education degree preferably in Social Sciences Economics Accounting Logistics or Analytics alongside good MS Excel skills and proficiency in English is required. This position is ideal for candidates with strong analytical planning skills attention to detail and the ability to solve problems independently. Previous relevant experience and knowledge of sales accounting or Rivilė accounting software would be advantageous.
