We are looking for an experienced and proactive People Operations Lead to take ownership of our people processes and lead a team that ensures a smooth structured and compliant employee experience. In this role you will guide and develop the People Operations team while improving processes and advising employees and managers on employment-related matters. You will also develop and implement efficient HR practices and maintain compliance with the Lithuanian Labour Code. The ideal candidate should possess over three years of experience in HR or People Operations with a strong understanding of employment-related legislation and excellent communication skills. A proactive mindset is essential for identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance the employee experience. Fluency in Lithuanian and proficiency in English are required along with the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
