We are seeking a QA Engineer (MID) to strengthen our Quality Assurance team in Vilnius focusing on Firmware-Hardware testing and test automation. This role involves validating embedded firmware verifying hardware functionality and ensuring compliance with industry performance and reliability standards. You will be responsible for planning designing and executing test cases across various scenarios including regression functional exploratory and stress testing of embedded devices. Utilizing lab equipment for debugging you will test communication interfaces such as UART and BLE validate power management sensor functionality and effortlessly track defects using Jira. Collaborating with development teams is essential to reproduce analyze and address issues while continuously improving testing methodologies and maintaining documentation. We value applicants with over 2 years of experience in QA testing for embedded systems hardware or firmware and a solid understanding of QA methodologies. Ideal candidates should possess hands-on experience with test tools a familiarity with Agile processes and exceptional problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English is essential along with a strong ability to develop test plans and automate tests ensuring high-quality outputs and efficiency.
