As our Creative Producer for VintedGo you'll own the creation of high-volume digital performance content for social and paid channels. Working alongside the VintedGo Marketing Manager and reporting to our Creative Production Team Lead you'll commission and manage agencies creators and UGC platforms running each project from brief to final delivery including budget management. You'll utilize AI and automation to scale output and maintain cost efficiency transforming performance data into outstanding creative across multiple markets especially the US.
Job Requirements
Proven experience managing high volumes of performance or paid SoMe / UGC content across multiple markets is essential particularly for the US. Familiarity with platform-native formats and workflows such as TikTok is required along with experience in integrating AI and automation within content creation focusing on scalability and cost optimization. Strong networking and negotiation skills are a must with an existing portfolio of external partners. You should be skilled in stakeholder management capable of handling multiple projects concurrently and interpreting performance data to inform future content strategies. Fluent communication in English is necessary to advocate for VintedGo's values with external partners.
