Job Requirements
You should have experience in a Decision Science or Data Analytics role and possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on business impact. Proficiency in SQL and Python or R is required alongside familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau. A solid understanding of statistical methods like A/B testing and regression analysis is essential. Excellent communication skills are needed to present results convincingly to technical and non-technical audiences. Fluency in English is mandatory and experience in Trust & Safety or Fraud-related areas is advantageous.
