Job Description

The People Technology Team enables People Systems at Vinted to run efficiently and effectively from owning and maintaining the technology that underpins HR and Talent Acquisition activities to continuously working to elevate processes and ways of working. As Vinted grows with new products locations and increasing complexity there is a need to expand support to our stakeholders therefore we are looking for an experienced People Systems Partner to join our Team. You will report to the People Systems and Analytics Team Lead and be responsible for maintaining and configuring People systems like Greenhouse ATS and other tools as well as managing data uploads and API integrations while proactively identifying opportunities for improvements across our systems and processes.

Job Requirements

You should possess HR technology configuration expertise with several years of experience particularly in recruiting systems alongside a strong understanding of HR processes data and best practices. Familiarity with integration projects and basic knowledge of JavaScript and APIs are essential. Demonstrated organization and time management skills along with strong communication abilities in English will support your success in this role. Experience using Google Suite especially Sheets is required while knowledge of Workday HRIS and hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS are strong advantages. Your ability to manage multiple work streams effectively will enhance team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
