In the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a pivotal part in achieving the team's primary goal attracting and hiring the right talent for Vinted while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Leveraging your expertise in recruitment you will implement best hiring practices and collaborate with other team members on various projects. You will focus on supporting our key tech areas including Engineering Product Management Data Science & Analytics Design and Research.

Job Requirements

Previous experience as a Sourcer Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist specifically focused on hiring for tech roles is necessary. Proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools along with strong skills in candidate engagement and relationship-building are essential. A good understanding of assessment tools and interview evaluation techniques is important alongside excellent communication skills in English. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the talent acquisition field.
