In the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a pivotal part in achieving the team's goal of attracting and hiring the right talent for Vinted while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Leveraging your expertise in recruitment you will implement best hiring practices and collaborate with other team members on various projects focusing on key tech areas including Engineering Product Management Data Science & Analytics Design and Research to secure the best talent for these functions. Job Requirements

You should have previous experience as a Sourcer Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist specifically focused on hiring for tech roles. Proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools is essential along with strong skills in candidate engagement and relationship-building. A good understanding of assessment tools and interview evaluation techniques is important and you need excellent communication skills in English to collaborate across teams and levels. A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the talent acquisition field are also crucial to success in this position.
